Dear Sir/Madam,

I am (your name), a bonafide student of class (your class). I have had some unhygienic food the previous day and from that point forward, I had been feeling exceptionally awkward.

I came to class before today trusting this disgusted inclination would go away however it has just gotten worse and I have a vomiting.

I ask for you to generously give me half day leave with the goal that I can go home and rest.
