It is absolutely true half knowledge is a very dangerous thing. It may lead one to disaster. Owing to little knowledge Think Tank made disastrous blunders. First of all he mistook the library for a crude refreshment stand; and books as sandwiches.
Finally his misinterpretation of the rhymes in the book Mother Goose scared him to death. He order his commanders to evacuate Mars and settle at Alpha Centauri, which was a hundred million miles away.
If Think Tank’s knowledge were sufficient, he would not have taken such disastrous steps.
