Solution :-

We know that,

  • A right angle is equal to 90° .
  • When two lines are perpendicular , they make a right angle between them .

So,

→ Half of a right angle

→ Half of 90°

→ (1/2) of 90°

→ (1/2) × 90°

45° (Ans.)

Hence, half of a right angle is equal to 45° .

Extra :-

→ Acute angle :- Greater than 0° and less than 90°.

→ Obtuse angle :- Has an angle more than 90°.

→ The three interior angles of a ∆ always add to 180°.
