\mathbb{ SOLUTION } :

\bf{Given}:
Half perimeter of the rectangle is 36m
Total perimeter = 2×36 = 72m

Let,
breadth (width) of the rectangle be \bf{b} m

\bf{According\: to \:the\: question },
The length of the rectangle is 4 m more than its breadth (width).
So,
length = (b + 4) m

\bf{We\:know \:that },
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

=> 72 = 2 ( b + 4 + b )

=> 72 ÷ 2 = 2b + 4

=> 36 = 2b + 4

=> 36 - 4 = 2b

=> 32 = 2b

=> 32 ÷ 2 = b

=> 16 = b

\therefore breadth \bf{b} of the rectangle garden is 16 m

And length = ( b + 4 ) = 16 + 4 = 20 m

Here is your solution

Given :-

Half perimeter of rectangle =36m

so,

Total Perimeter of the rectangle is 2×36=72m

Let,

breadth of the rectangle be b

A/q

The length of the rectangle is 4 m more than its breadth

So,

Length = (b + 4) m

Now

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

=> 72 = 2 ( b + 4 + b )

=> 72/2 = 2b + 4

=> 36 = 2b + 4

=> 36 - 4 = 2b

=> 32 = 2b

=> 32/2 = b

=> 16 = b

Hence,

Breadth of the rectangle garden is 16m

Length => ( b + 4 ) = 16+ 4 = 20m
