Let the width be a
Length = a+4

According to question
Perimeter /2 =36
2(L+B) /2 = 36
L+B = 36
a+a+4 = 36
=> 2a +4 = 36
=> 2a = 32
=> a = 16

Length = 20 m
Width = 16 m

Hope it will help you.
