Solutions :-

Given :
Half the perimeter of a rectangular Garden = 36 m
Length is 4m more than its width.

Let the width be x m
So, Length = (x + 4) m

According to the question,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + width )
=> 2 × 36 = 2(x + 4 + x)
=> 36 = 2x + 4
=> 2x = 36 - 4
=> x = 32/2 = 16

Hence,
Length = (x + 4) m = (16 + 4) m = 20 m
Width = x = 16 m

Given÷

lenth(l)=4+b..............(1)

breadth=b

Perimeter of rectangular garden=2×(l+b)

36 =1/2×2(4+b+b)

36 =4+b+b

36=4+2b

36-4=2b

32=2b

32/2=b

16=b

b=16

put the value of b in eq.(1)

l=4+b

l=4+16

l=20

hopes it helped you
