Answer: Length = 26 metres

Breadth = 20 metres

Step-by-step explanation:

Perimeter of rectangular room = 2(l+b)

Let x metres be the breadth

And length be x + 6 metres

1/2*2(x + 6 + x) = 46 metres

2x + 6 = 46

2x = 40

x = 20

Breadth = 20 metres

Length = x + 6 = 20 + 6 = 26 metres
