These are one pair glands. Their ducts join to the vas deferontia. Their secretion contains fructose for energy to the sperms. It contains hormones which help in the movement of sperms towards the female gamete, the ovum, in the female reproductive tract. Their secretion js basic which neutralizes the acidity of female reproductive organ.

It is a single gland surrounding the urethra. Its secretion contains alkaline fluids and hormones. Its secretion nourishes and activates the sperms to penetrate the ovum.

It is found on both sides of urethra. Their secretion neutralises the acidity of the urethra caused by urine. Its secretion protects the sperms from damaging during their release in acidic medium.
