hallo! friends what'up 1 ask 1 question okk...what is the scientific reason of sneezing

Anonymous: Minute particles in air when inhaled its trapped in mucus +nasal hair coating of nasal chamber. but sometimes these particles in inhaled air goes further deep in to nasal conchae where mucus coating is thin. so this particle irritates nasal lining. Sinus nerves are stimulated and sneeze reflex is activated. So this reflex continues to act thus we sneeze till the particle goes out.

Chemical release is caused by viral respiratory infections, filtered particles, allergens (substances that trigger allergic reactions) or physical irritants such as smoke, pollution, perfumes and cold air. Allergic reactions with the nasal mucosa require the presence of IgE (allergy antibody specific for the allergen).
