1. Polarimeter.
2. Meso compounds are isomer molecules.  They are stereoisomers with identical structure. The stereoisomers can be superimposed on their mirror images. They have symmetry about a plane.
3. Resolution is the smallest length/dimension of a physical quantity that we can measure with an instrument.
    If a telescopic lens can show 0.1 mm lengths clearly, then its resolution is 0.1 mm.
