Answer:

Trouser material = 200.3 meter

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that

Cost of shirt material in Rs = 50

Cost of Trouser mater in Rs = 90

Selling price of shirt material at 12 percent profit = 56

Selling price of trouser material at 10 percent profit = 99

Given that if he buys 2 meter of trouser material then he buys 3 meter of shirt material. This can be modeled as

Shirt Material = 1.5xtrouser material

s = 1.5t

Total Sale = Sale of Shirt Material + Sale of trouser material

Total Sale = 56s + 99t

Total sale = 56(1.5t) + 99t

Total Sale = 84t + 99t

36660 = 183t

t = 36660/183

t = 200.3 meters

So, he buys 200.3 meter of trouser material
