let weight of b = x
weight of a = x + (5/2)
weight of c = x+(41/4)
now
195/4 = x+ x+ x+ 5/2 + 41/4
195/4 - 51/4 = 3x
144/4= 3x
36=3x
x=12
weight of a = 12+5/2
=14.5
