I agree with shikha as 5/3 and 3 both are rational numbers
rational numbers are the numbers which can be written in the form of P/q where p and q are integers and q ≠ 0
so , 5/3 is a rational number
and 5 can be written as 5/1 is also a rational number
moreover , every natural number is a rational number
so I agree with shikha
