ya handicapped are those who dont take challenges because handicapped means not having a specific ability like dont have hand ,legs etc in same way if you refuse to take any challenge means you have disability so you cannot do that work or you dont have that ability toso you can do that work and without try refusing challengess will make you handicapped from your thoughts and mind
