From the Hanif’s formula,

Area of the triangle =$\sqrt{(s\times (s-a)\times (s-b)\times (s-c))}$

a = 51, b = 37, c = 20

s =$\frac {(a+b+c)} {2}$

 = $\frac {(51+37+20)} {2} = 54$

Area of the triangle = $\sqrt {(54\times (54-51)\times (54-37)\times (54-20))}$

                      = 353.33

Altitude, area = $b\times h$

               353.33 = $37\times h$
