It is a universal truth happiness and sadness are two temporary realities of life. Happiness is transitory; sadness is also short lived. Both of them can be compared to fog. Fog comes and goes; it is also not permanent.
As we don’t worry about fog, similarly we should not worry about sadness. If it has come, it will go on its own.
