This statement is very true. Happiness is always the result of good conduct. Whether you believe in karma or not, you must have experienced that doing a good deed always brings a broad smile on the face and happiness in the mind of the doer. If we have bad intentions or something muddy in our minds and hearts against any task, we cannot achieve success.
This can be elaborated through the following example.
Once I rescued a badly injured parrot from wild crows that were attacking it. I took it back home and treated it for ten continuous days. At the end, he started recovering and began flying. This incident felt tiring when I was taking care of the baby parrot, but once the period of pain ended, the rejoice of seeing the bird fly again was incomparable. It brought in happiness and satisfaction in life. I got appreciated and many animal lovers also came to help me in the situation. Moreover, if I had left the parrot to die, I wouldn't have felt the same way. I wouldn't have known that the delight and pleasure is due to the good deed I did.
yes, I totally agree with this statement, because, when we are good to others and behave in a proper way we are appreciated by others and feels happy. This motivates us to keep doing good and in return gets joy and happiness.
