Mayank Sir I am totally satisfied you .
Well the Supreme Court of India had banned the crackers in starting to reduce air pollution.
But as you know the people of our country are strongly bind with the superstitions. They consider superstitions perfect over the Science. Same in the case here . People filled petition in Supreme Court that they want to celebrate Diwali with crackers.
So supreme court became somewhat compelled and gave the decision that they can celebrate Diwali with crackers but the time limit is 8-10 pm on 7 th of November.
But in reality as I am also living in the area of NCR , no one is obeying the law. People around me are using crackers in no limit.
And before it the government of Delhi also took some steps to prevent pollution.
As you all heard about the "Odd Even Law".
But it also abolished within few days.
It is very much wrong. It is affecting the atmosphere. According to me there must be some laws regarding this because whenever you are not punished , they won't come to know the reality.

coming to the point .... yeah as we all know Diwali is not happy as it used to be a few decades back .... here are some of the major facts about it -
Delhi's air quality continued to be in the 'poor' category, ringing alarm bells across agencies concerned. The Environment minister directed all officers and agencies to be in "war mode" to combat air pollution.
The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) recorded the city's overall AQI at 254
All states except Delhi and neighbouring areas can use existing stocks of firecrackers this Diwali, the Supreme Court said today. Delhi and neighbouring areas will have to stick to "green crackers" to keep the pollution levels in check.
The top court also allowed southern states and Puducherry to burst crackers for two hours in the day, between 4:30 and 6:30 am, during festivals
The directions on the ban on sale of firecrackers through e-commerce websites will apply across the country, the court said.
hope this helps :-)
and again wish you and your family a very and safe happy Diwali
