There can be a number of disadvantages of socail media like:

1. Lacks emmotional connection
2. Decreases face- to face communication skills.
3. Conveys Inauthentic Expression of feelings and causes distraction.
4. We become Lazier.
5. Reduces family closeness.

Advantages:

1. We get to know about what's happening in and around us like we got to know about the flood in Kerala, and also about many small things like what's happening in our own city or country.
2. To be in touch with people far away from us.
3. Celebrity updates.
4. If we have a small local or intermet based buisness it would be an incredible tool to reach to our customers.
5. It is not always possible to get everything in shops...By buying online we can save our energy, time and money as well.
