AnswerZ^2 - 17z +16

Now, Factorising,

=> z² - 2× 4z × 2 + 2² - 2²+ ( 4 ) ²

=> ( z - 2 )² - 2² +4²

=> ( z - 2 )² - 4 +16

=> ( z - 2 )² - 12

By using identity,

[ a ² - b ² = ( a + b ) ( a - b )]

=> ( z- 2 )² - ( √12 )²

=> ( z - 2 - √12 ) ( z - 2 + √12 )
