itbcontaining 444 articles in 22 parts, 12 schedules and 115 amendments, for a total of 117,369 words in the English language version. there are 448articles and 12 schedules as of today in the Indian Constitution.

Indian contitution is World's lengthiest written constitution . It has 395 articles in 22 parts and 8 schedules at the time of commencement. Now Constitution of India has 448 articles in 25 parts and 12 schedules. There are 101 amendments have been made in the Indian constitution.
