1.The basic function of judiciary is to have a check and balance on the other two organs of a government that is the legislature and the executives.

2.It is not always that the decisions made by the former is more important than the latter but as the politicians or political executives are the ones who are chosen by the people directly as their representatives in a democracy hence their decisions are considered to be at par.

3.Monarchy is a system wherein a king or a queen is a head of the state.For e.g. Saudi Arabia.
