\huge\rm{Answer:-}

● Reaction 1 :-

\bold{CuSO_4+Fe----)FeSO_4+Cu}

In this, reaction Fe (iron) displaced Cu (copper) from its salt. Hence, Fe is more reactive than Cu. i.e., Cu < Fe

Reaction 2 :-

\bold{FeSO_4+Zn----)ZnSO_4+Fe}

In this reaction, Zn (zinc) displaced Fe (iron) from its salt. Hence, Zn is more reactive than Fe. i.e., Fe < Zn

● Reaction 3 :-

\bold{2AgNO_3+Cu----)Cu(NO_3)_2+2Ag}

In this reaction, Cu (copper) displaced Ag (silver) from its salt. Hence, Cu is more reactive than Ag. i.e., Ag < Cu

( NOTE : All of the above reactions are displacement reactions because an element displaces/replaces another element in a compound. )

So, the increasing order of their reactivity will be :-

Ag < Cu < Fe < Zn

Hence, from the reactivity series it is clear that zinc (Zn) is the most reactive metal while silver (Ag) is the least reactive metal.

Explanation:

● Reaction 1 :-

{CuSO_4+Fe----)FeSO_4+Cu}CuSO

+Fe−−−−)FeSO

4

+Cu

In this, reaction Fe (iron) displaced Cu (copper) from its salt. Hence, Fe is more reactive than Cu. i.e., Cu < Fe

● Reaction 2 :-

\bold{FeSO_4+Zn----)ZnSO_4+Fe}FeSO

4

+Zn−−−−)ZnSO

4

+Fe

In this reaction, Zn (zinc) displaced Fe (iron) from its salt. Hence, Zn is more reactive than Fe. i.e., Fe < Zn

● Reaction 3 :-

\bold{2AgNO_3+Cu----)Cu(NO_3)_2+2Ag}2AgNO

3

+Cu−−−−)Cu(NO

)

2

+2Ag

In this reaction, Cu (copper) displaced Ag (silver) from its salt. Hence, Cu is more reactive than Ag. i.e., Ag < Cu

( NOTE : All of the above reactions are displacement reactions because an element displaces/replaces another element in a compound. )

So, the increasing order of their reactivity will be :-

Ag < Cu < Fe < Zn

Hence, from the reactivity series it is clear that zinc (Zn) is the most reactive metal while silver (Ag) is the least reactive metal.
