talent is an inborn quality.but hardword is more important than that because if u have talent to play cricket but u does not practise it regularly u can not do anything at that time talent does do anything u have to work hard to give ur best. everything does not depend on talent.it's depend on hardword. let u thing if u r a good learner u remember everything very fast. u have talent for remembering anything fast but if u are not remembering anything if u are just sitting or thinking that i have talent yo remember anything i will come first in examination but when u see ur result u can fail in that.because u have talent to remember that but with hardwork talent can't do anything. it is truely said that"HARD WORK BEAT TALENT WHEN TALENT FAILS TO WORK HARD".
