You need to put criteria to measure the hardness. What is hard for you may be easy for other people.

Is it in understanding, translation, memorization, obedience, length, the language used, contradictions etc, there must be a way to measure the hardness.

The hardest Surah in the Qur'an in my opinion is al-Ahzab V 33. The Surah is for justification of actions of Muhammad pbuh, I wonder why should a chapter be dedicated to justification of one person/one messenger, if the Qur'an says he is just one of the messengers and not different, V46:9, that we should not make distinction among prophets V 2:136,285, V 4:136.
