Hari,Ajith and Anil partners sharing profits in the ratio of 3:2:1. Ajith retires, and his share is taken up by Hari and Anil equally. calculate the new profit sharing ratio.

let the profit is = 600 rupees

hari share= 3

aijt share = 2

anil share=1

first of all we add the given ratios

=> 3+2+1= 6

then we slov the question like

hari \: share \: profit  = 3 \times \frac{600}{6}  = 300 \\ ajth \: shre \: new \: profit = 2 \times \frac{600}{6}  = 200 \\ anil \: share \: new \: profit = 1 \times \frac{600}{6}  = 100

300:200:100

new profit will be ......
