If Hari goes for swimming on 1st January with a gap of two days then he would ho swimming on the following dates of January:

1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22......

If Prakash goes for swimming on 1st January with a gap of three days then he would ho swimming on the following dates of January:

1, 5, 9, 13, 17,......

We can see from the series that both have the next common number as 13 therefore they would again go together for swimming on 13th January.

13th January is the answer.
