Cost of two fans= ₹2400
Cost of one fan = 2400÷ 2= ₹1200

Cost of one fan(CP)= ₹1200
Loss%= 10%
SP= CP × 100- loss%
------------
100
SP = 1200× 90
---------
100
SP=₹1080

Cost of one fan(CP)= ₹1200
Profit%= 15%
SP= CP × 100+15
-----------------
100

SP = 1200× 115
----------
100
SP=₹1380

Total CP = ₹1200+₹1200=2400
Total SP= ₹1380+₹1080= 2460
As SP > CP, therefore profit.

Profit= SP - CP
= ₹2460-₹2400
= ₹60
PROFIT%= profit
------------- ×100
CP

 \frac{60}{2400} \times 100
= 2.5%
