Sale price                                 = Rs. 15,120

Working:
Sale price = Cost price + GST
Taking cost price as x
15,120 =  x + (12/100)x
x = 1512000/112
x = 13500

Given -

GST = 12 %

Price of the mobile phone including GST = Rs. 15120

Let the price of the mobile phone before 12 % GST be Rs. 'x'

Then, according to the question.

⇒ x + (x*12)/100 = 15120

⇒ x/1 + 12x/100 = 15120

⇒ (100x + 12x)/100 = 15120

⇒ 112x/100 = 15120

⇒ 112x = 15120*100

⇒ 112x = 1512000

⇒ x = 1512000/112

⇒ x = 13500

So, the price of the mobile phone before GST or original price of the mobile phone is Rs. 13500
