Heya!!!

☆Maggi , in fact every noodles contains harmful Preservatives so you should not continue to have maggi or any noodles continuously in breakfast or anytime.

☆Once or twice in a week is preferable .

☆Because it contains refined flour maida , Excess sodium , artificial flavours

☆It's high in GLycemic index and low in protein.

Maggi is really harmful for health ....That's y they have been banned that tym...Few years back even my social miss would tell me personally that not to eat Maggi etc as they r harmful and she asked me to promise her that I would not eat Maggi as it is harmful so I promised her as she was my mom's best frnd and like a sis for her..But i cannot believe Maggi is harmful but when I saw the news that Maggi is banned I was really shocked and that tym I realised that my teachers words were true and really helpful to save my life....


Since these instant noodles are made to bear a longer shelf life, they are highly processed. They  are low on nutritive content; high on fat, calories and sodium; and are laced with artificial colours, preservatives, additives and flavourings.
excessive instant noodle consumption can not only trigger obesity but also metabolic ailments like diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, heart problems and so on.......



So pls dont eat Maggi in Ur life even it is better...
