Cholera, typhoid, pneumonia, dysentery, tuberculosis, tetanus, etc., are more common human diseases. ‘Ring disease of potato’, ‘yellowing rot of wheat,’ ‘Citrus canker,’ ‘wilt of cucumber’ and ‘crown gall’ are the common bacterial diseases of plants.
