Hannah departs on the 2:15 pm train.

Harry's train journey takes 50% longer than Howard’s.

Harry departs on the 3:00pm train.

Howard leaves 20 minutes after Hannah and arrives at 3:25 pm.

20 minutes after 2:15 pm is 2:35 pm

Howard leaves at 2:35 pm and arrives at 3:25 pm thus he travels 50 minutes.

Harry's train journey takes 50% longer than Howard’s: 50% of 50 min is 0.50*50 = 25 min

Harry departs on the 3:00 pm train.

Harry will arrive 25 min after 3:00 pm that is 3:25 pm.
