He is an orphan who lost his parents when he was hardly 15 months old. He looks just like his father, James Potter, except for his green eyes that he inherited from his mother, Lily Potter. He is small and skinny for his age. He has a scar on his forehead that he got when the villain, Voldemort tried to kill him. He is famous all over the wizarding world because of that, as it is a mark that he survived Voldemort's killing curse only when he was a baby, and nobody had ever survived that before. Only on his 11th birthday he comes to know that he is a wizard.
