in business. In order to understand the essence of successful business management
Vartika decides to spend a week in her office. Vertika observes that a deliberate effort
is made to integrate the diverse activities of the organisation. Like whenever the sales
manager makes a plan to raise the sales target, he also consults other department
managers i.e., the production manager, the purchase manager, the finance manager
etc. in order to avoid any problem that may arise in future. Moreover, work among the
people working in the production department is divided in such manner that where the
work of one person ends, the work of the next person begins. Therefore, everybody
makes efforts to complete his/her works on time, and the workers do not create
obstruction in each other’s work.
