Answer:
NEVER............ Because, he is violent and is involved in bribery . If he becomes a Lok Sabha member he will definately harass the people and trouble them. He can spread terror and use powerful weapons. This will result in disturbance in peace of our country. He can even form terrorist groups. People will loose their confidence , faith and belief from the government. It will result to such a difficult condition, and the foreign countries (i.e. the neighbouring countries ) can take advantage of this situation.
Answer:
Harshmohan is now no more eligible for the Lok Sabha contest as -
1) Whatever, he has done is a crime and our constitution does not allows such criminals to be elected as the meaning of democracy will be changed...
2) He was involved in domestic violence and bribes which is punishable by the Indian Constitution...
3) The countries can take advantage of these type of people if they become ministers when they need to destroy the peace, harmony and privilege of our country...
4) He holds a office of profit (illegal) and under the government which clearly states that the circumstances and the criteria for election is diminished as to become a member of Lok sabha the eligiblity criteria says that the person must not hold any type of office of profit (either legal or illegal) under the government...
The above reasons clarifies that he will be disqualified before the elections..
