Centralization is the procedure within which an organization's operations or the countrys operation , especially those related to the planning and the decision-making, strategy and  the policy formulation, get concentrated within a certain specific geographic region group.

Explanation:

Imperialism is a political system where a wealthy and the powerful country reigns over the lesser wealthy and the strong countries. Since the center sets policies and takes the decisions for the rest of the people of the country, they make decisions that benefit society as whole  instead of  certain group or grade of the society.

As a consequence, the centralized structure of government has not helped imperialism's integrity.
