Yes The Biggest Hole In Ozone Layer Popularly known as Antarctic Hole as it is above Antarctica Is Now Decreasing Because Of Formation of O3[ozone] . Scientist believe that this hole was made naturally and is decreasing naturally because of formation of 03 but scientist havent figured that out is that how 03 is formed in the atmosphere
