Let Hasan bought 2x m of trouser material and 3x m of the shirt material.
Per metre selling price(S.P) of the trouser material = ₹90+90×12/100
= 90 + 1.2× 9
= 90 + 10.8
=₹100.80
Per metre selling price(S.P) of trouser of shirt material
= ₹50+ 50× 10/100
= ₹ 50 + 5
=₹55
Given: total amount of sale= ₹ 36660
100.80 x (2x) + 55 x (3x) = ₹36660
201.60 x + 165x = 36660
366.60 x = 36660
X= 36660/366.60
x = 100
Trouser material = 2x m = (2×100)m = 200m.
Hasan bought 200 m of trouser material.
