Answer:

200m

Step-by-step explanation:

FOR SHIRT MATERIAL,

Cost per metre = 50

Let the length of the cloth he buys be '3x'                      [ as for every 3 m of shirt, he buys 2m of trouser]

So,the total cost of the cloth = 50 multiplied by  '3x' = 150x

Now,

Selling price = [(100 + Profit %) / 100] X Cost Price

SP = [(100 + 12) / 100] X 150x

SP = (112 X 150x) / 100

SP = 16800x / 100 = 168x

FOR TROUSER MATERIAL,

Cost per metre = 90

Let the length of the cloth he buys be '2x'                  [ reason given above]

So, the total cost of the cloth = 90 multiplied by '2x' = 180x

Now,

Selling price = [(100 + Profit %) / 100] X Cost Price

SP = [(100 + 10) / 100] X 180x

SP = (110 X 180x) / 100

SP = 19800x / 100 = 198x

So,

168x + 198x = TOTAL SALE MADE BY HASAN

168x + 198x = 36,600

366x = 36,600

x = 36,600/366 = 100

Therefore, TOTAL TROUSER MATERIAL = 2x = 2 x 100 = 200m
