Many people say children should spend more time playing, watching television and learning with their peers. Many people, however, agree that their children must help parents with household chores. Personally, I stick to the latter point of view for several reasons
• Doing chores helps children learn how to look after themselves, their homes and their families. They learn skills, including food, cooking, organization and planting, which they can use in their adult lives.
• Being involved in household tasks give children the ability to communicate clearly, to compromise, to  negotiating, cooperating and to work in teams. This allows children to feel confident and responsible as they contribute to the family life. Even if they don't enjoy the job, they  have the feeling of satisfaction with doing a task.
• By doing household tasks teaches children to arrange their time.. In addition to these practical benefits, child assistance helps parents to spend more time in their own lives and for their children. A family may have more time to talk, to watch movies or to enjoy the wonderful moments with each other.
