I think everyone feels this way sometimes and it’s important to try to remember that nothing is permanent. These moments pass, our lives are constantly changing from one hour to the next and anything can happen at any given point.

When you’re in a negative headspace it’s hard to feel anything else, logic rarely has a place in my head when I am feeling depressed. I am more likely to find reasons why things won’t work or why I can’t do something, I become my own worst enemy and find fault with everything.

I try to catch myself before these feelings hit, there are always warning signs - for me, it’s giving up things I love, my hobbies and such. I’ll also start with negative self talk, usually about not being good enough or my looks.

When this starts happening I take my time to change my thoughts and try to find something I’m grateful for, whether it’s my health, a possession I have, my job etc. There’s usually something to be grateful for. I also find that looking at pictures of the universe seems to help - it certainly gives me a bit of perspective!

Even one happy thing that happens that day can change your mood and make you feel happy.This is as you will feel that you are not cared or you have no one to help you but this is the moment you will realize that there is someone .ALWAYS!BELIEVE IN IT !
