have this confusion that cyclohexane is of form CnH2nCXnHX2n and so it must be an unsaturated compound, but also it does not have a double or triple bond so it must be saturated.

\textbf{Yes, Cyclohexane is a saturated hydrocarbon.}

\underline{Reason :}

As it contains single bonds only.. It don't contain any double and triple bond.

And all the hydrocarbons which contains single bonds are regarded as Saturated hydrocarbon. And all the hydrocarbon which contains double and triple bonds are regarded as Unsaturated hydrocarbon.

So, Cyclohexane (C_{6}H_{12}) is a saturated hydrocarbon not unsaturated hydrocarbon.
