Answer:
This happened a week ago. i stay alone and my flat lies on 8th floor, so its quite windy and the doors and windows keep on banging all day. I had gone out and came back at around 10 PM when I noticed the door which opens to a terrace in my room wide open. Now this was something really surprising as I make sure I lock the doors. Anyways I continued doing my usual stuff, like dinner, watched some TV, browsed through a book, when I got really sleepy. it was around 12.30 at night, and I switched off the lights and lied down.

In response to fear, your brain releases biological molecules that: Increase your heart rate and blood pressure. Accelerate your breathing. Hyperfocus your attention.
Fear weakens our immune system and can cause cardiovascular damage, gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome, and decreased fertility. It can lead to accelerated ageing and even premature death.
