I was playing football with my friends in the school pitch. Thirty minutes after the start of the match,it started to drizzle lightly. We continued playing for ten more minutes but the rain would not abate.
I could see dark clouds gathering in the horizon.I instantly knew that we would be in trouble. We halted the match and all ran for cover. The lighting flashes and thunder claps that soon followed could be heard from miles away.
