The stormy night -
Once my parents went at my aunty's wedding leaving me alone because l had a lots of homeworks to complete within a day and submit it to the class teacher next morning in the school . As it was a thunderstorm night l was a bit terrified out of it because l have never experienced living alone at home neither my parents leaved me , thus this made me feel utterly terrified and a bit awkward . As it was a stormy night I was unable to go to the homes of my relatives nor call them to come and stay with me. So , l had to handle the situation on my own . While doing my homework as l was doing those with full concentration all my negative thoughts flew away of my mind . But suddenly l heard some noise which made me diverted my attention from doing the homeworks . This made me feel more horrified . I crossed my fingers and toes and asked with a broken voice " Who... Who's there ??!! " , There was silence.....Then l took a deep breath and as I was about do concentrate again on my studies, The sound again disturbed me.... But this time l strengthened my mind and carried a thick wooden stick with me thinking to hit the stranger with it. I walked towards from where the sound was coming and on reaching there really made me feel laugh at me.... It was mice making sound from the kitchen.....
