yes, I have seen an accident which has taken place. people were wounded so badly, I thought of helping them but I was helpless because I was too young. some other people who could have helped were busy taking pictures, shooting video but no one came forward to help. This is how people are nowadays. A person took a phone which was fallen and called the police and the injured people were taken to hospital.
