Answer: Just recite this to your teacher
Yes, a lot of time. I have suffered a lot due to this. My parents never allowed me to hang out with my friends for long hours and many more other restrictions. Our opinions never matched. As two parallel lines can never intersect each other neither my parents nor I can conclude the same thing. But you don’t need to worry about that. I have always noticed that whatever my parents used to told me again and again turned out to be true. Yeah, but sometimes it is possible that our parents may be wrong. Sometimes they don’t understand what we are trying to convey them. As a teenager, almost every single person have gone through these types of situations. Your parents don’t understand you because you have previously done something which has resulted in mistrust. May be the terms between you and your parents are not clear. I have some tips which may help to deal with such type of parents-
Never shout on your parents in reply. Because when you shout back, their chances of agreeing with you reduces.
Never cut their statement. I mean whenever you are having a conversation, don’t argue try to be calm and first listen to what they are saying and then try to put your points in front of them.
Try to keep that wall of trust stable between you and your parents.
You can’t handle things if you are desperate. Be calm and think about the positive outcomes of the thing that you want to do and then put that points before your parents.
Respect them so that they will respect you.
