Explanation: So I play volleyball. I am on a club team that travels alot. So right before the big night of traveling to this volleyball tournment which was really big, I sprained and tore my hamestring. Now its not a big thing but that put a block in my ability to help my team. So what I did is I was given strict orders to stay off the court. As bumed as I was, I did not let that stop my suppourt of my team. I got a lot stronger and the next year we took home 1st. Hope that helps
