Feeling of depression may not be seen but the one who is closer to you or is your better half can feel it. The brain gets heavy and you feel being isolated and want not to be disturbed. When rejected, the thinking of inferiority start and you start blaming yourself for every mistake.
Like the time when i did make a best painting with all my potential in it, but i got rejected because it wasn't liked by my teacher.
Being a teenager is difficult because everyone passes through this phase of depression and this feeling of rejection. It is something you should not keep with yourself but share to someone whom you trust the most and is your true well wisher.
Sharing the heavy feelings in your heart makes you feel light and free.
If feeling depressed, you should eat chocolate as it reduces the feeling of anxiety and even it's suggested to eat more green vegetables and the important to workout. Working out helps the body to increase the blood circulation and making the mind feel light and free.
