EXPLANATION:

It is true that inferiority complex is felt sometimes. I feel inferior to others  when it comes to exercise. I see people who do a lot hard work and regularly take out time for exercise and yoga. Their body is perfect and they look healthy too.

By seeing them, I definitely feel inferior that I cannot take out time for myself or I am so lazy. At the same time, they do motivate me to do something for myself. Secondly, I always try to maintain my dressing sense as if I don't get perfect dress for any occasion, I feel inferior.

Answer:

Sure. Growing up is all about learning where we fit in and how. Inevitably that means coming face-to-face with the FACT that you will not always be the best at something or another. It is also the way we begin to learn and enjoy and appreciate differences. It is logical that we will not be the best/have everything all the time. So as we mature, we learn how to be truly happy for those who have skills/traits/characteristics/physical attributes that we do not. Everyone has something - this I KNOW…and you have things that others don’t too. Focus there and be grateful for those things…cherish what YOU have to offer and know that is ENOUGH. And learn to appreciate the gifts of others too…even when they are better at it than you.
